Organization and Structure
Our sales force is organized in various independent divisions, each with its own leader and specialized sales force. Both in Lisbon and Oporto. And each is a profit centre on its own.
We have offices and warehouses both in Lisbon and Oporto, from where our salesmen work and our deliveries are made, on a daily basis. We have divided the country roughly in two halves, Lisbon looking after the Southern half while Oporto the Northern one. Our salesman in Galiza visits our customers there, who are supplied by the Oporto warehouse. Also on a daily basis.
